Defining Elements was founded in San Antonio in 2007 on a simple premise:
businesses run better when the details are handled. For nearly twenty years, clients across
legal, commercial real estate, construction, and professional services have relied on the firm
for work that would normally mean coordinating three or four vendors — infrastructure, media,
and now AI, under one roof.
The measure of the work is everything clients no longer deal
with: servers that don’t go down, backups that actually restore, websites that stay fast,
campaigns that ship on schedule, AI that quietly returns hours to the week. Maximum efficiency,
minimum headache — that has been the point of every engagement since day one. The standards
were set in high-stakes litigation support, where a detail missed is never a small mistake.
We run the systems we recommend. The firewalls, the Microsoft 365
tenants, the backup regimes, the AI tools — they run our own operation before they run yours.
